Since business commenced in 1995, BFPG have brought 30 separate Housing Developments to the market. There are at least 5 other Developments in the planning stage to launch in 2010. All ‘sold out’ developments have been sold out ahead of schedule and have achieved higher selling prices than budgeted for.
